How long has your business been established?

Do you transport my items from my house?

Our company has been offering storage in Delaware County since 1973.

No, as a "self-storage" facility, we do not provide equipment for any type of moving assistance.

What is the shortest amount of time I can rent with your facility?

What if I need more than one storage unit?

We provide monthly rentals for each type of rental space.  Shorter periods can be negotiated

No problem, in fact we offer discounts for multiple unit rentals - certain restrictions apply

What is the longest amount of time I can rent with your facility?

Q What are the hours of access to my stuff?

A

Some of our clients pay for several months in advance.  As long as you meet each month's deadline, you can keep your area indefinitely.

A The access hours are 6am-9pm seven days a week.  Twenty-four hour access is available to the outside units at an additional charge.

Do you offer insurance on my goods?

Do you offer a lock for my area?

A

Securing insurance is the responsibility and choice of each renter.  Low cost rental insurance programs are available and contact information can be found in our main office.

No, locks are provided by each renter so that it is individually secured and no one has access to that area except for the renter.  We have locks for purchase in the main office.

A We provide a fenced in compound using electronic access and 24/7 on-site management.
