Rent is due on the 1st of each month
If you pay on time: RENT WILL NOT INCREASE FOR THE LIFE OF YOUR LEASE!!!
**Emailed monthly reminders & receipts available at no extra charge**
(USPS monthly reminder available for $1/mo fee)

15 days past due: Reminder call, mail or email.
30 days past due: $10 late fee added. Notice mailed or emailed. Gate access revoked.
45 days past due: Unit over locked & notice before lien mailed or emailed.
55 days past due: Customer lock cut from unit & unit processed for disposal or auction.
60 days past due: Additional $20 late fee added. Final noticed mailed or emailed.
**IF YOU EVER REACH THIS POINT, RENT WILL BE PERMANENTLY INCREASED TO CURRENT RATE**
80 days past due: Auction ad placed at www.marketplace.allaroundphilly.com ($30 fee).
85 (+/-) days past due: Auction bidding period begins
90 DAYS PAST DUE: AUCTION PERIOD (AND YOUR LEASE) ENDS
